APP TODAY offers you the possibility to arrive already on Thursday prior to the Congress activities, and/or departure on Monday. Early registration will ensure that we can handle your requests accordingly, as we will allocate accommodation in the chronological order of arrival of registrations (subject to space availability). This also concerns single rooms.
On Friday, 23rd September, there will be the possibility to have your audiometers calibrated: either you send us your equipment earlier, or you bring it with you to save on transport costs. Attention! Please inform us by 17th September 2011 the latest whether you will bring audiometers with you to enable us to arrange for an appointment with the technician. After that date, no equipment will be taken care of.
